      Pros

      Great company to work for. The management is very focused on your career development. The work / life balance is very good. They know and encourage you to have a life outside of work. Company is very flexible. You can work from home as needed as long as you don't abuse it. The pay is and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      The work itself can be a little dull but that is just the industry at times.
