Stroz Friedberg was run by a talented pair who understood the concept of consulting, what it took to keep employees happy, and what it meant to be in the field.
Cons
The Company is gone. What is left is the corporate beast Aon, which slashes anything and everything it can to make a buck. no investment into their own purchase almost to the point you start to believe they bought Stroz for a tax writeoff. All relevant consultants have jumped ship. Whoever is left unfortunately is either trapped or disillusioned into believing it will get better even tho common logic shows otherwise. Meanwhile, countless other firms pay better, have better work-life balance, and actually understand the Kindergarten level knowledge that talented security consultants in this day and age are to be TREASURED, not demoralized.
