Pros

The call center management is very experienced and really like working with the reps. From what I have seen people here earn their way to better positions and are not a promoted because they know someone at the top. Fellow reps are at the least civil but many are quite friendly and helpful. Salary and benefits are very good too. The hiring process took about 90 days from initial contact, which seemed long involved

Cons

Only con is the nature of the job which is a constant demand of being available to answer customers, have accurate diary entries and answer every call using all the talking verbiage demanded by the quality team. So anyone like myself who has had a career of freelance type positions has to adjust.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
