Waste of time - Actuarial Analyst Aon Employee Review

Salaries are so low some supermarkets pay more to cashiers. No inside career opportunity, because they could not afford a promotion. No outside career opportunity because this experience is not welcome anywhere. Every second of it is a waste of your time and your career. Used to be a cool and fun place, but new incompetent management made it unbearable. Although, since the crowd of people leaving this company each month is visible from space nowadays, it might initiate some change in the near future.
