      Executive management team is very strong. Employees are highly-valued. Stresses good work/live balance. There are incredibly smart people throughout the organization. Global organization that can accomplish many things.

      Cons

      The company is a monster and moves slowly at times. Investment in people and other projects can be difficult to justify. Compensation is, generally, good, but major compensation jumps can be challenging over time.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
