Pros
Able to easily schedule PTO even if last minute and something comes up.
Cons
Little opportunity for growth. With extremely high turnover, volume of work becomes extreme and unbearable. High performers are given more work with no recognition or compensation. Low performers are rewarded with less work and receive no consequences. Yearly raises are minimal, usually only 1% even if performance feedback is stellar. “Failure to meet revenue goals” is excuse given for excellent performance but no raise.
