      Pros

      Aon provides a lot of flexibility in work schedule, location and role. If you want a change, they are happy to keep their employees at the company and move them into roles or locations that work best for the employee. The culture is great and the people are even better!

      Lots of internal politics and understaffed which means over worked employees

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
