      You can't voice your own opinion without it feeling like you'll get fired, in which happened to me. The micro aggressions and micro management puts you in this situation.

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
