      Camaraderie with peers; benefits are good; nice location; great financial tools to work with

      Cons

      Office politics and favoritism, which prompted me to leave; salary was below market ~$58k for FA role. Work was boooooring! Not a challenging work environment and very little to no opportunity to move department/role

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
