I can't begin to say enough good about this organization. From the moment I joined the organization, I felt welcomed and valued as an employee. AON's commitment to fostering a positive work environment is truly commendable. First and foremost, the company culture at AON is outstanding. Coming from one of the worst organizations I have worked for, culture wise, internally bully mentality (Starts with an M and ends with ERCER - in Houston) Switching to AON was a breath of fresh air - I finally feel supported, challenged, and motivated to excel in my role. Each review I leave from previous organizations, I feel like I have always had a few cons.... I honestly, for the first time of my career can't think of anything negative about AON.... I am truly happy and believe I found my home, and where I will retire in 25 years.
