Pros

Salary and benefits are above average.

Cons

Terrible company to work for. I was harassed by two different employees within a three month period. The second incident was not resolved by HR. HR exists to protect the company, not the employee. I took my claim to the EEOC, and I was too little to go up against such a large company. In addition, payroll transitioned employees to a different pay schedule and had to "advance" us half of an entire paycheck since one entire check would be shorted. 6 months after resigning from the company due to the anxiety that resulted from such poor treatment, I received a notice stating that I still owed money to Aon, even though I had received such terrible treatment in the workplace. I am still fighting with this company in October though I had left in April and went out on short term disability due to harassment in February.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
