Management 0, Communication 0, Independence 0, Control 100%, Respect 0, they set goals but demand you to make more, they have people chasing employees, pressuring to be available all the time. They abuse students and people with less experience. No organization, seniors do what they want. Rotating of staff constant, they don't treat people nicely.
