      Global organization, leverage w/ carriers due to premiums placed, full disclosure and transparency.

      Cons

      No AMS, working out of 5 different systems, no support for admin work, high level staff doing low level tasks, long hours, too much data entry.

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
