Pros

They pay on time, and that's it!

Cons

Just read all the 1 star reviews, they are all true! I think that all depends of the project, in my case these are my main cons: - They rarely answer the emails / phone calls, and they never want to give you anything by writing - Lack of PTO, even if you work extra hours. - They pay you only 40 hours, if you work more than that they don't pay it or they will pay with a "Bonus" that is only a percentage of the total overtime and after taxes becomes like nothing. - Once you are assigned to a project, they forget about you. - They are very disorganized, every questions sent by email they lose it, or they forget... - They promise a salary increase every year... and I am still waiting.

Pros

Apexon provides strong exposure to cutting-edge AI and enterprise technology initiatives. There are opportunities to work with talented teams across data, AI/ML, cloud, and digital engineering projects. Leadership encourages innovation and creativity, and employees are often given ownership over impactful client-facing work. Fast-paced environment with room to learn new skills and contribute to high-visibility initiatives.

Cons

Like many consulting organizations, priorities and timelines can shift quickly depending on client needs. Processes and communication between teams can occasionally be improved, especially during fast-moving projects. Workloads may fluctuate during major delivery periods. Bonus opportunities are available, but they are generally more accessible at higher organizational levels, which can feel limiting for some employees earlier in their career progression.
