Pros

If you don't have any other option then this is best company to work.

Cons

Experience as a Body Shop employee. 1) They don't let employee conversion in easy manner and even threaten its own employee about law when somebody ask regarding conversion status. One of my friend was so much harassed because of such problem. When other party and employee are ready why do you create obstacles in conversion process? Probably because of money deal made on Employee conversion is not enough to fill they stomoch. 2) They ask to take so many interviews. 3) They ask employee to go home and look for new job when some of their clients releases their resource (because of point (1)) and during notice pay they ask you to give interview to some another client. If you refuse and tell them that you want to search new employer, they terminate you and neither they give you any salary remaining, FIX part salary accumulated through out year nor any Relieving, Experience and Form 16 documents. I am still contacting them regarding same but they are even afraid of giving Termination letter. Relieving letter is must but I still have received it. 4) More Importantly they treat deported employees in very in human way. They harass them, force them to give interview to other technology. We were were around 7 employees deported to same client company and we had first time experience with TEchnosoft which is very much bad. So Please if you don't have any other option only then join this company. Other wise not....

Bonus opportunities are available, but they are generally more accessible at higher organizational levels, which can feel limiting for some employees earlier in their career progression.
