Pros

You will get the job really easy/fast. Only while hiring they will reply to every single email you send

Cons

Excessive working hours: hired for 8 daily hours, asked to work between 9 and 11, sometimes more and also weekends. No payment for all the extra hours. So forget about Work/Life Balance, you will live to work. Prepare yo loose your health and start eating cheap (you wont have time for something else) High rotation, is not possible for the average human being to survive these conditions. Bonus: Some bonus (not given by technosoft but customer) that after taxes became peanuts, not worthy of all extra hours No communication: Once you join the project, forget about technosoft. They dont answer your emails, phone calls, etc. You will be lucky if someone go back to you. Bad company organization, you won´t even get a corporate email and must likely you will never meet someone from technosoft unless you get into a trouble with customer and they decide to "help" you. If you move to US with this company, prepare to be on your own while doing all the initial papwerwork (it can be hard) as they wont assist you and must likely your new assignment wont give you that much free time to do it either.

Pros

Apexon provides strong exposure to cutting-edge AI and enterprise technology initiatives. There are opportunities to work with talented teams across data, AI/ML, cloud, and digital engineering projects. Leadership encourages innovation and creativity, and employees are often given ownership over impactful client-facing work. Fast-paced environment with room to learn new skills and contribute to high-visibility initiatives.

Cons

Like many consulting organizations, priorities and timelines can shift quickly depending on client needs. Processes and communication between teams can occasionally be improved, especially during fast-moving projects. Workloads may fluctuate during major delivery periods. Bonus opportunities are available, but they are generally more accessible at higher organizational levels, which can feel limiting for some employees earlier in their career progression.
