Pros

NONE BESIDES YOU GET PAID IN TIMELY FASHION

Cons

1. No Hike 2. No one answers the call 3. Slow Immigration process 4. Pure Indian Bureaucracy 5. No Overtime 6. Salary deduction if you get married and try to add wife/kid to insurance. 7. Direct clients will make you work for approx 60 hrs a week but the pay from Technosoft is for 40 hrs even though the client tells you that they are paying Vendor(Technosoft). Technosoft will never give you copy of work order so you don't know who is telling the truth. 8. If a public holiday falls on weekend, then they will not pay for weekday off even if client is off and paying. LOOK AT ANY OTHER COMPANY BESIDES THIS. PUT A COMMENT on my review if you find any so I can change as well. 9. Been with Technosoft for 3 yrs. 10. Stay away from sister companies. They got various.

Pros

Apexon provides strong exposure to cutting-edge AI and enterprise technology initiatives. There are opportunities to work with talented teams across data, AI/ML, cloud, and digital engineering projects. Leadership encourages innovation and creativity, and employees are often given ownership over impactful client-facing work. Fast-paced environment with room to learn new skills and contribute to high-visibility initiatives.

Cons

Like many consulting organizations, priorities and timelines can shift quickly depending on client needs. Processes and communication between teams can occasionally be improved, especially during fast-moving projects. Workloads may fluctuate during major delivery periods. Bonus opportunities are available, but they are generally more accessible at higher organizational levels, which can feel limiting for some employees earlier in their career progression.
