1) Company is not integrated cant Identify who is responsible for what everyone call and tell that they are my point of contact but no one respond when you need help.
2) If you are a consultant company don't update you with latest skill which is required for job market / at-least they won't update you time to time with what is going in the job market.
3) Not a good company for experienced consultants unless you know latest skill and you are sure that it is hot in the market.
4) No coordination between Marketers - Everyone submit your profile for same position without your knowledge (1 or 2 person is OK just imagine about 10 Marketers submitting for same role and you get 10 calls from vendors for same position it is so annoying). Also No followups with Vendor upon submission (Very few Marketers does followup).
