1. This consulting firm, doesn't have many direct clients except Qualcomm and Sherwin Williams (so once you are done with your project, it'll be a nightmare and your career will be on a risk, if you are on H1B visa status) 2. I spoke other company HRs when was in job search and they said, RJT is in their blacklist as submitted fake resumes earlier (my suggestion is: avoid this consulting company for your better career, I suffered a lot) 3. Sales team always get fake interviews and simply to waste your time when on job search/on bench 4. If you are working on H1B/H4B, NEVER JOIN 5. Based on my experience. Forget about direct clients, prime vendors are also not believing due to earlier experience to them(If you are ready to risk your career and visa status, then join here...else a BIG AVOID to join here) 6. Last but not least(VERY IMPORTANT): when you will be on bench, no salary...so be careful.
