      Pros

      Finally have the right leadership place. Great support. Flexible work environment. Many of the employees have been with the company a long time.

      Cons

      Internal policies are out of date. Holiday schedule and time off are not competitive. Offshore teams work in silos. Some of the goals are unrealistic.

      Little to no strategic direction, flip flops week to week.

Apolis' business as primarily a staffing company, serves hundreds of clients across dozens of industries and fills hundreds of job openings each year. We do not flip flop on our strategic core business which is staffing.
