Certain aspects of the training can be better. They should focus on some modules that are more in the market.

Very Poor administration in Chicago Office. Also they have an attitude like they do not care for you.
However, the main thing would be is that they should have more direct clients and compromise on certain issues that will benefit the consultant. It would help if the pay was higher.

Takes almost 6-7 mints to get placed including training period.
