7yThank you for your comments. As we were replacing some management staff due to resignations there were some delays in communication. We have implemented new systems, including a level of middle management staff to increase our efficiency in responding to inquires via phone and email. In regards to training we continuously aim to improve our offerings including a 40 hour paid professional development program, monthly round table meetings and biannual all staff training/orientations. Additionally, we have a training coach who is a resource to staff with questions about curriculum, student behavior and best practices.
