Respond to HR on review from July 12, 2022 - Educator Apollo After School Employee Review

To the response on review posted on July 12, 2022. The fact that educator pay range went from $21-$24 to $17-$22 is still not addressed. Why is there a paycut when inflation is at all time high? Also, Apollo Afterschool received almost $227,000 in PPP loans and was forgiven yet none of the staff saw that. During my time there it was clear that the company was trying to see how much staff they can cut while taking the profit for themselves. This left us at running a skeleton crew for almost the whole school year and we were left with each staff having more than the required ratio. Also, it was clear that some wage theft was involved. Certain area coordinator, especially some that works remote from Florida, made terrible business decision and could not lead. I truly want to believe that the program at that specific location was better this school year but going from a $21-$24 pay range to $17-$22 is an insult.
