      Pros

      Excellent vacation accrual and sick time. Employees can get a free education from University of Phoenix.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and dysfunctional structure of COEs. Company is under contract for buyout and movement towards long tern goals is stagnant. Bonuses haven't been reached in past 2 years and compensation is minimal.
