      Benefits - very competitive Location - Phoenix is a great city Amenities - Love the cafe and farmer's market visits People - a lot of really nice people

      Lack of structure in IT aspect Lack of leadership skills in some director level people HR is terrible compared to other companies More lateral moves than promotions
