Pros
- Not a lot of pressure at work. Occasionally deadlines make you work more than 40 hours - Good work life balance
Cons
- No flexibility at work. - No working from home. - You need to cover up even if you go out for one hour, this was the fact even when I was a permanent employee, not hourly employee. - Constant lay offs and changes makes you feel insecure. - Very low compensation and sad medical benefits
