      Pros

      It started off as a great place to work. Friendly environment, great people. I loved my Director he was wonderful, and supportive.

      Cons

      To much uncertainty. They do not pay their people what they need. Some salaries were as low as $38,000.00 for IT???? Always conversations around outsourcing. To much ambiguity, and not honest top leadership.
