Pros
Holiday time, sick leave, work week were all given at a reasonable level. Starting pay was decent, but you pretty much had to leave the organization and come back to get a good raise.
Cons
The organization just couldn't tell where it was going. Direction was constantly changing. Regular moves of offices made it difficult to plan life around the job. Situation deteriorated over time.
