      - Diversity of people - Fun work culture although stressful at times due to the nature of being a for-profit company - Decent compensation and benefits though health insurance benefits have declined over the years

      - Recent excessive lay-offs - Too many new leaders who lack vision and direction for the future - Huge focus on numbers which prevents staff from focusing on the client and customer's needs %100 of the time
