      CEO is a visionary. If you are in accounting, this is one of the top private equity firms in the world that offers broad exposure to complex transactions and accounting issues you would not get to come across at a mid size or non-public company.

      Firm culture is centralized around the front desk personnel (investment professionals) and not much focus / attention given to back office

      A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
