      Lots of opportunities, a very clear business model with focused upper management

      Cons

      High work pressure, sometimes there are infighting/politics as with any large organization, but still better than sell side politics. Biggest weakness is probably overall system, things are done on a more adhoc basis, though it is getting addressed

      A super innovative and entrepreneurial place that is leading both equity and credit markets every day. If you enjoy an intellectually stimulating creative culture working amongst the most brilliant and talented people in the industry, this is the place.

      Cons

      A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
