The founders are amazing and very transparent about the company's mission and what it entails. They have worked on successful ventures together in the past. It has been impressive to see them use their past experience to steer AppOrchid and achieve quick growth from the seed. I love the drive and passion of my colleagues and the complexity of the challenges we're solving. You get to see your work changing the product every day. Problem-solving oriented environment and able to create your own opportunities.
Cons
Not necessarily cons. I would describe it this way ‘Startup life isn’t for everyone given the high level uncertainty and change. However, if you are willing to work hard and tackle a problem that has not been solved before, this is the perfect place for you!’
