Hi,
To start I'd like to thank you for your frank and honest feedback. Talking about these issues is how we become a better company and there's nothing more important to us than having an engaged, experienced, and satisfied team. It's why employee retention continues to be a major focus of ours.
Over the past year we've consistently rolled out programs to make each one of our employees want to stay and grow within the company. Here are some examples:
1) Automatic semi-annual merit based raises of 1-5% that's tied to performance reviews
2) Equity compensation for every full-time salaried employee
3) Monthly company-sponsored events such as party cruises, trips to the movie, BBQs in Brooklyn Bridge Park, and more
4) More tiers for promotion in the company hierarchy so we can better match compensation and responsibilities to an individual's experience
5) Flex work hour policy that gives you more control over start and end times
6) Increased vacation day benefits
7) Invested in subscriptions to online educational tools that employees can access at anytime.
8) A persistent commitment by management to empower employees.
Admittedly we still have more work to do. We're consistently talking to our employees about what more can be done. Your feedback here on Glassdoor is incredibly helpful in that regard as well so thanks again for taking the time to leave feedback.
