Pros
- There is an air of respect, appreciation, and ownership among everyone. - Relaxed environment where you are given room to manage your own day and step out to clear your head if need be. - Very competitive environment and friendly competition where the entire sales team push each other to grow. - Team members are very close and helpful. If you have questions or need help you meet with your manager every Friday for a one-on-one. - The sales team is growing quickly and other departments within the company are growing also (some departments are still to be created) so there are a lot of opportunities if you show value - There is a push to meet your KPIs (at the end of the day it is sales) but you are given plenty of training, mentorship, and room to settle into the responsibilities of your role. - Managers are very pushy when it come to training and ensuring that members of the team develop professionally - The entire company is very protective of their culture
Cons
- The company is in the process of moving to a bigger space next door so in the meantime there are a bunch of boxes around - They could have better coffee (but then again it's free)
