Pros

free lunches, flexible hours some smart people work here offer good amount of PTO

Cons

low salary for a variety of positions management flip flops on ideas (you're constantly working on a project only to be told it is no longer important and to just drop it) pick and choose who they service/support (no longer are clients equal) co-workers are pretty immature and hostile (fake) - I can count the number of genuine individuals on my 1 hand there are cliques (like in a stereo typical high school) some teams are put on a pedestal, while others are NEVER mentioned = one word - favoritism - management is inconsistent - they will confirm something with you/go over a case and protocol - the next day , will say they remember nothing about it and that it should be done differently 90% employees are under 30 turn over is pretty high - sometimes team members disappear with no explanation, lots of management turn over managers are passive aggressive to each other/other teams - which really brings down team morale/trust mistakes are covered up by management instead of brought to light so everyone can learn numbers presented at company meetings are inconsistent with the actual numbers - they present the numbers so it looks like the company is excelling, when in reality they just changed how the reports are structured and what data represents in a report - very shady and pretty stupid space was cramped as they kept hiring more employees with no extra room/bathrooms were filthy and constantly occupied but they seemed to have resolved that somewhat company events are always centered around booze - gets pretty old open office concept does not allow for concentration/professionalism - especially with the influx of new hires - at times you are yelling into the phone so that your clients can hear you/clients ask about loud noises in the background benefits are covered only 50% by company too many dogs! many dogs not trained and jump up at your/your desk/grab your clothes which is very uncomfortable and dangerous AND some also pee on the floor haha

Pros

Frequent team outings and social events that help build relationships across the team. Generally a friendly, social environment!

Cons

The property management team is highly competitive when it comes to promotions, and I’ve seen BDRs remain in the same seat for years or eventually leave, as internal advancement opportunities can be limited. However, for top performers, there is promising upside, and you get to work with some of the best leaders in the organization. On the investment management team, leadership quality is more uneven, and there appears to be a lack of management experience, which has created gaps in coaching, accountability, and overall team development. As a result, performance outcomes have lagged, with the majority of BDRs and AEs struggling to consistently hit target. Team turnover has also been notably high, and leadership engagement only increased after a large portion of the team had already decided to leave, which by that point felt too late to rebuild morale or trust.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed our culture and team outings. We take your comments seriously – especially regarding the need for proactive management support, better coaching, and clearer advancement opportunities for our BDR and AE teams – and we are actively working to address these areas to ensure our reps feel supported and set up for long-term success. Thank you again for helping us improve, and we wish you the very best.
