Pros

Right now I can’t say that there is a Pro….

Cons

Pay is too low. Short staffed always Upper Management is useless Med/Surg is expected to take a team of 6, but this might include insulin drips, cardiazem drips, amio drills, etc Pay period is Monday -Sunday, so you can’t work a rotation with every weekend off. Dayshift doesn’t have a house supervisor. They do not listen to the concerns of their staff. Shift differential for nightshift is low and there is not a weekend differential.
