7yThank you for taking the time to provide us feedback even though things didn’t work out for you here. While we are scaling rapidly, our hiring plans are heavily scrutinized and planned in a way to have meaningful growth. I also second your suggestion to check our financial position before applying - it is often a strong factor in why candidates decide to join.
Your point on communication style is important and something that as a company we actively invest in (e.g, DISC training for all employees, Appian MBA training for new managers) to be sure that we promote an inclusive culture where all employees are given the space to provide input, but as you point out we should keep trying to get better and we will.
