Pros

I have been at Appian for a little over 6 months and I absolutely love it. The company is great, they really care about their employees, the work is challenging but rewarding, and management truly advocates for your growth and progress. The pay is great, and there are constant opportunities for growth and development. Additionally, there are plenty of non-work affinity groups that allow you to get to know other Appianites.

Cons

I have thought long and hard about this and honestly cannot come up with a con.
