The people - it's an involved hiring/interview process however, I can say hand on heart, that Appian truly cares about the people they employ and ensuring that these are the right fit - smart, talented, hard working, good and kind individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience - each bringing different unique strengths. The product - Appian is an incredible platform and it's exciting to be a part of the journey with the organisation, bringing automation and efficiencies to enterprise. The work is enjoyable and fast paced, there are exciting opportunities and you can become involved cross functionally and in extra curricular activities and affinity groups.
Cons
There is an infinite amount to learn and as industries and technologies evolve, so to must your knowledge. I truly feel that this only a benefit though, to be in a position to always be encouraged to continue learning, and to ever improve and set new goals.
