10yThanks for taking the time to share your views. I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience but I'm always available to discuss your issue. All four of us Co-founders spend a considerable amount of time in the field directly supporting our sales professionals so we try to pay close attention to their concerns. Is Appian sales-oriented, engineering-oriented, or PS-oriented? My contention is that we must be all three to make our clients successful. As for the product roadmap, there are times when I selfishly wish I controlled it all myself but the wisdom to balance tactical client needs with a long-term, strategic perspective is not resident in one mind alone. It's a strong vision from the CEO paired with a well-functioning marketplace of ideas that has gotten us this far.
