      - Very forward thinking work-culture & great WLB - Cares well for employees and relaxed - Good product with stable market and revenue - Pays decently & promotes from within

      - Still very rigid and operates like a lethargic company in ideas/execution - Immigration help needs to be better - Sometimes celebrates the facade of work and people-pleasing than actual work
