Pros
They hire some great people that I really enjoy working with. The benefits are good and the headquarters is a nice place to work.
Cons
If you're in Customer Sucess the projects are rarely fun or interesting. You may be stuck on a bad project for a long time. You are banned from transferring elsewhere for 2 years. This is because so many people were leaving the department.
