We acknowledge weekends can be challenging at times as it can be with any company. Solution Engineers typically participate in one on-call rotation per quarter to ensure we're able to support our customer's needs. Our PTO plan is unlimited, and we rarely deny requests.
Our team's primary focus is to deliver technical support and cloud services to our customers, partners, and employees. The role is unique and not strictly a software engineering role.
