      Pros

      Working on weekends can add up on cash through tips pretty quick, great training program. The general manager got relocated recently so things might have changed.

      Cons

      Management is unwilling to work with you on availability and more times then none you will get stuck on a snore shift and make 20 dollars for 5 hours of work. The head managers really do not care about all of their employees including a lot of the assistant managers(who get re-located if they get too friendly with wait staff). Favoritism, of coarse and a lot of drama between all staff as well

      Short drive, Half off food, Will work with you with your schedule.

      Cons

      GM unprofessional. Not appreciated for your experience and what u can bring to the table. Tips were poor. Poor customer base. Antiquated POS. No patience to train properly. Are bullies. Heating and AC do not work properly. Extreme favoritism. Do not recommend. Oh and if you didn't make your sales quota, u were told you would lose hours. If a table walked out without paying, they made u pay the difference. Callous, unprofessional, employees came last. Sales is all that matters.
