      Pros

      The free food during training. It stayed pretty busy

      Cons

      The DM was very unapproachable and would scream at you if you asked him for something. They expect you to plate, deliver, bus, and take all your orders. You are basically doing 3 people's jobs for one really low pay check. The other waitresses didn't really want to help you, they rarely even talked to me. The DM let me bury myself before changing his mind several times about what was my section and what was not.

      Short drive, Half off food, Will work with you with your schedule.

      Cons

      GM unprofessional. Not appreciated for your experience and what u can bring to the table. Tips were poor. Poor customer base. Antiquated POS. No patience to train properly. Are bullies. Heating and AC do not work properly. Extreme favoritism. Do not recommend. Oh and if you didn't make your sales quota, u were told you would lose hours. If a table walked out without paying, they made u pay the difference. Callous, unprofessional, employees came last. Sales is all that matters.
