      Pros

      On days I manage it is pretty easy. I see if my employees need anything make sure if everyones doing okay during the shift. Being a Team lead I get my 40 hours all the time. In the bright side when I am not managing I am cooking and they match my pay so that is helpful.

      Cons

      Just like any other job If things get tough I have to cook, serve run drinks. When your used to hourly server pay does effect you. I just wish I was a full time Team lead so i can get the full check.

      Pros

      Short drive, Half off food, Will work with you with your schedule.

      Cons

      GM unprofessional. Not appreciated for your experience and what u can bring to the table. Tips were poor. Poor customer base. Antiquated POS. No patience to train properly. Are bullies. Heating and AC do not work properly. Extreme favoritism. Do not recommend. Oh and if you didn't make your sales quota, u were told you would lose hours. If a table walked out without paying, they made u pay the difference. Callous, unprofessional, employees came last. Sales is all that matters.
