Pros
Your experience with the company will depend on your franchiser/market, area director, and general manager. If those are all good then you’re good. That’s when there’s opportunity to make more money. Determines whether you get a real bonus or gas money.
Cons
These constant bs promos will make you lose it. Every other week it feels like there’s a new item/promo. So if your market has little structure, salary is meh, and bonuses are literally **non existent** then it’s not a fun place to be. Too many dependent variables.
