50/50 - Server Applebee's Employee Review

Management is all over the place. Managers favor people and treat you based on that, if your not favored you will be doing all of the side work all night, while more favored employees do nothing then check out and leave with no one interfering. During busy hours a lot of managers do not pull food or do anything helpful. w Honestly just overall treated very poorly in the work place.
