AST is something more than an IT Company - Principal Consultant Applications Software Technology Employee Review

In my 16 years of IT career, AST is the best IT company I have been working from past 3 years. AST is the place for talented techies with high respect from Management, working in AST is something more than a typical IT company. Every ASTian is treated as an important employee supporting him/her to grow in their career providing lots of opportunities/cross technology training/skill development training and many more. Another the best policy at AST is working from home which really impressed me and made me stick to AST forever. One of many acts that surprised employee recently are gifting every ASTian with JBL earpods on the occasion of 25th anniversary. For sure I don't see any reason that makes me think of other opportunities leaving AST till I retire in IT.
