I have been working with AST for over 6 years now. I believe that below are the attributes that makes AST a great place to work at. 1) Inclusivity - At AST, through the efforts and the actions of the management, employees at both the ends of the spectrum feel a sense of inclusivity and ownership towards the organization as well as the client's goals. 2) Organizational Openness and Transparency - Whether the information is positive, negative or neutral, AST's Leadership believes in sharing it with the employees and keeping everyone in the loop. 3) Training and Development - Continuous training and development programs - both technical and soft skills - for the employees at all levels in the organization means that the employees are always equipped with the skills needed for the successful execution the projects. 4) Strong and Empathetic Leadership - AST's Senior Management, both in North America and in India, are top notch and are driven by excellence. As far as the Global Delivery Center is concerned, AST is led by an empowering leader who leads with integrity and empathy. 5) Company Policies - AST continue to improve its company policies that benefit employees at different stages of their career.
